Can I view the quote files inside the system?
Yes. Look for the Open Bid Review button next to the vendor’s name. Click it to view the uploaded quote.
What’s the difference between “Submitted Price” and “Extracted Price”?
Submitted Price → The total price extracted directly from the vendor’s quote (usually a lump sum).
Extracted Price → The sum of all subtotals within the breakdown.
Variances highlight where further review is needed and / or might highlight that it includes below the line “options”Levelled price (coming soon) → has a figure plugged into their exclusions (can be average, lowest, highest figure) so you can accurately compare apples-for-apples.
What does it mean when there is a corner triangle?
The corner triangle within cells indicates that assumptions were made for that line.
Hover over the item to see the assumption in the system, or check the exported Excel - comments will be embedded into the relevant cells.
Can it compare lump sum vs Quantity/Unit/Rate?
Yes, it supports both formats, though CA/QSs should still verify scope coverage.
