A credit lets you run one package in BidLevel.
When you use 1 credit, you unlock a full bid comparison workspace with unlimited AI functionality for that package. There are no limits on how much AI processing happens inside a package once it’s created.
What counts as a package?
A package is one bid comparison workspace.
Inside a single package, you can:
Upload multiple vendor quotes
Re-run AI extraction if needed
Re-generate breakdown options
Review, adjust, and export your comparison
All of this happens within the same package and does not cost extra credits.
How many credits do I start with?
All new users start with 2 free credits.
This allows you to run two full packages and see how BidLevel works on real bids - no strings attached.
How do I earn more credits?
You can earn additional credits in several ways during beta:

Share quick feedback directly inside BidLevel for 1 extra creditJoin a feedback call

What happens when I run out of credits?
You won’t be able to run new packages until you get more credits.
Your existing packages and data remain available, so you can continue to:
Review past comparisons
Download exports
Nothing is deleted or locked away.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits do not expire during the beta period.
Is there a limit to AI usage inside a package?
No.
Each package includes unlimited AI functionality.
Once a package is created, you can re-run extraction, adjust breakdowns, and review results as many times as needed without using additional credits.
Is BidLevel free during beta?
Yes.
BidLevel is free to use during the beta period using credits.
Early usage helps us understand real workflows and lock in fair pricing. We’ll give clear notice before beta ends or pricing changes.
Where is my data stored and who can access it?
Your data stays within our systems and is protected by access controls.
Only authorised personnel can access data when required for support or product troubleshooting, and only under strict safeguards.
Can I use BidLevel without ProcurePro?
Yes.
BidLevel works as a standalone tool.
ProcurePro customers can export comparisons to Excel and pass them into their existing ProcurePro workflows if needed.
