Everything you need to know about BidLevel

Updated over 2 weeks ago

BidLevel helps you turn messy vendor quotes into a clean, editable comparison so you can make the call with confidence.

In minutes, you can:

  • Upload vendor quotes (PDF or Excel)

  • Choose or create a breakdown

  • Extract and review pricing side-by-side with the original file

  • Edit values and assumptions in-app

  • Export your comparison to Excel

How BidLevel works

Step 1: Upload files and set breakdown

Create a package, upload your vendor files, then select the breakdown you want to compare against.

Step 2: Extract and review pricing

BidLevel extracts pricing and flags inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions so you can review what was captured.

Step 3: Adjust and normalise values

Edit extracted values directly in the comparison table to correct anything before export.

Step 4: Export to Excel

Download your updated comparison to Excel for sharing, reporting, or internal workflows.
